Declared John Kerry, U.S. Secretary of State and his counterparts Barth Eide, the Norwegian Foreign Minister, William Hague and Foreign Minister Bartani welcomed to accept the Popular Movement for the Liberation of Sudan - north to the invitation mechanism high of the African Union to enter into direct negotiations with the Sudanese government to resolve the crisis in South Kordofan and Blue Nile, and demanded the government Sudanese to take a similar step without preconditions to negotiate.

The joint statement added: "the commitment of the parties to resume oil production and opening of the border trade between the two countries will give a boost to their economies."
Bayat parties called for immediate start in the implementation of the conventions, and without conditions, and progress in the Abyei file giving effect to the UN Security Council Resolution 2046.
