Western calls to end the emergency and launch a comprehensive dialogue to address the problems of Sudan fully.

Doha (dpa) - The number of the advanced industrial countries, including Canada, Germany and the European Union a clear criticism of the Sudanese government with respect to its role in the issue of peace and stability in Darfur. This came in a business second day of  international conferance  donors for reconstruction and development in Darfur, which began yesterday in the Qatari capital Doha.

And called for Canada, Germany and the European Union, Sweden, the Sudanese government to end the state of emergency in Darfur and to stop impeding the entry of various international organizations access to the Darfur region and providing humanitarian aid there. The Canadian delegate said, that the Sudanese government is obstructing the peace process by refusing to facilitate the task of donors and international and humanitarian organizations in particular, Canada has also demanded the need to make room for the entry donors to monitor the development projects being implemented there.

The representative of Canada, said that "the ongoing conflict now in South Kordofan and Blue Nile has exacerbated the humanitarian crisis in Sudan," and "We call on all parties to the conflict to allow unconditional access to humanitarian aid," and to launch negotiations between the government and the political parties based on trust, calling on Khartoum to stop violence and the implementation of its commitments to the peace and development.

The representative of Sweden called on the Sudanese government to "end the tribal problems and security breaches that erupted in the last period in the Darfur region, which he said would increase the feelings of anxiety about the future of peace in Darfur and Sudan."

And called on the Sudanese government to launch a comprehensive dialogue brings together all the political forces and civil society forces to address Sudan's problems in a comprehensive manner, including Darfur, as proven the futility of partial solutions. For its part, the representative of the European Union, which announced to provide 27 million euro bloc to Sudan, said Khartoum should provide appropriate conditions for the application development strategy for the Darfur region.
